DALLAS -- James Ell Woodruff, 67, formerly of Ranger, died Saturday, Sept. 6, 2008, in a Dallas hospital. Service 11 a.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Ranger. Burial with military honors to follow in Evergreen Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Ranger.
